Our Vision for Organizations and Communities
Vision for organizations
The organization is strong, effective in accomplishing their mission and serving their target population holistically (including partnering with other organizations to do so), listening to community needs and desires, and self-sufficient (they are able effectively evaluate and continually improve their program, acquire funding, and execute proper programming). The people within the organization exude social and emotional intelligence, compassion towards one another, interdependence, and help each other to grow and accomplish their collective mission, as well as each person’s personal purpose. They actively seek the truth in what they’re doing and the impact they are having and strive towards making an optimal impact in the lives of their community members/target group.
Vision for communities
The community is unified, including the residents, organizations (youth centers, churches, schools, clinics), businesses, etc., high functioning (able to work interdependently and help empower one another), holistically well (healthy in mind, body, and spirit) and ever-growing (continually bettering themselves as individuals and a community). The various people and entities come together for continual quality improvement and support of one another. They seek to uplift each other in mind, body, and spirit.
